Author: Chris Leyton | Date Added: 29/11/2006 Following the storm of controversy from disgruntled SD TV owners that followed the ineligible text in Capcom's Dead Rising, the Japanese publisher today promised to rectify the situation in its forthcoming Xbox 360 title, Lost Planet: Extreme Conditions.After the recent release of the multiplayer demo, it had seemed as though Capcom were making the same mistake, with many complaints that scores in the 'Elimination' game type were too hard to read.However it seems Capcom are listening to the criticisms of 360 owners with an update that boosts the size of text in the multiplayer mode if you're not playing on a HD screen - as you can see from the accompanying screens.

Winner Antonio Margarito vs. Joshua Clottey Very close fight, Clottey seemed to back off as the fight went on due to hand injury, good fight but thought Margarito pull it off, even though some other experts thought it may have been closer

SACRAMENTO - Angered by being knocked on the seat of his pants, Vicente Escobedo responded to knock out Mexican Julian Rodriguez in the fourth round of the Feather Falls Casino Fight Night main event at Arco Arena on Thursday.
The Woodlander (12-1, 11 KOs) hit the canvas in the third round from a Rodriguez right hand but argued it was a slip. Shortly after, he was tagged by a solid right hand again in the corner, but he turned the momentum immediately. He answered with his own barrage, flooring his opponent with a right hand to the temple near the ropes. The round ended with Rodriguez (27-14-3) banging the canvas in disgust. "I was mad because I got hit like that; I should have been smarter," Rodriguez said through an interpreter. Escobedo lowered the boom with a right hand from long range in the middle of the ring in the fourth. The "humorous, physics-based action game full of inventive gizmos, weapons, characters, and environments" built on Unreal Engine 3, which must have a "make pretty" switch, has been released on Steam for your downloading pleasure. The game will set you back fifteen bucks, but there is a free trial version for you skeptics and those holding out for the Xbox Live Arcade version.
