Hex Cheat:
Use a text editor to open the file C:\namedir\assets\spec\shiplist.txt and change the setting as you see fit. Make a backup of the original first though!
More Prestige:
Open the file METAASSETS\SERVERPROFILES\SINGLEPLAYER\CHARACTER with a text editor. Look for the line:
StartingPrestige=50
... and you can increase the number strongly, approximately to 5000000
