Unlock Zion Archive in Level Select:
In the Atman Principles choose the selectable glyph in the 8 o'clock position.
Doing this once permanently unlocks the Zion Archive but will still appear to be available.

Unlockables:
Unbreakable weapons, Vampiric Health Beat the game on Easy
All weapons, Infinite Ammo Beat the game on Normal
Bullet Reflection, Infinite Health (God Mode) Beat the game on Hard
Code Breaker Complete all of the training tutorial objectives
God Mode Complete "The One" Difficulty Mode
"The One" Difficulty Mode Successfully complete the first level without dying.
