THQ today announced a free downloadable demo for 'WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2007' is now available for Xbox 360 via the Xbox Live Marketplace. This demo comes available nearly a month and a half before the game's release on November 14, giving you early access typically reserved for industry insiders and the media.
The demo pits players in a RAW arena exhibition match featuring World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) SuperStars Triple H and Kane in either single player or two-player, head-to-head game play mode. Like the 'Fight Night Round 3' demo earlier this year, the attention to detail should reel in even non-wrestling fanatics for a few extra rounds in the ring.

20:41 WWE laying the Smackdown on THQ (1)
The WWE are suing both THQ and JAKKS Pacific (publisher and developer of Smackdown vs Raw 2007 respectively). This is because the WWE has accused them both of supplying the game illegally in Japan and other Asian territories. Will the game get delayed? Or even worse, scratched?
The WWE names both THQ and JAKKS Pacific in the suit, and alleges that together they improperly sold video games based on WWE properties in Japan and other Asian territories. The lawsuit asserts that the WWE is entitled to terminate THQ's license and claim monetary damages.
