Orange basketball face a gauntlet of undefeated teams
Its still early in the college basketball season, and yes, the undefeated SU basketball team hasn't played that big-name team yet, so all the fans can see if they're for real or not. But even though the names aren't big, the tests are about to get a little more difficult.
The Orange are starting a pretty big basketball week in Syracuse Monday night -- about to start on of their toughest stretches of the season. SU will play three straight games against teams that have not lost a game yet this season, and it starts against the 5-0 Holy Cross Crusaders. Syracuse is off to a 6-0 start to the season themselves, but after their last win at the Dome, Jim Boeheim wondered how this team was winning games, and he might still pondering that, even after the Orange beat Canisius by 10 on Saturday night.
